Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to conceptualize and execute stunning, functional interior designs for our luxury retail showrooms. The ideal candidate will translate our brand identity into a physical space that feels modern, elegant, and customer-centric, while prioritizing security and customer flow. This role demands an innovative professional with strong technical expertise, project management skills, and an acute attention to detail.

Role & responsibilities

• Design and Conceptualization:

  Develop creative design concepts, including detailed floor plans, elevations, 3D visualizations, and mood boards that align with brand aesthetics and market trends.

• Space Planning & Layout:

  Design efficient layouts that optimize customer experience, circulation patterns, and the visual impact and security of high-value merchandise display areas.

• Material & Finish Selection:

  Research and specify high-quality materials, finishes, custom furniture, fixtures,and equipment (FF&E) to ensure durability, luxury aesthetic, and functionality.

• Technical Documentation:

  Prepare comprehensive construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents, ensuring all designs comply with local building codes, safety, and security regulations.

• Project Coordination:

  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including architects, engineers (MEP),contractors, vendors, and suppliers to manage timelines and budgets effectively from concept to completion.

• Site Supervision:

  Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor project progress, ensure quality of work,address on-site challenges, and verify adherence to the design plans.
