Loom Crafts specializes in Modular Offsite construction with a diverse range of products including Prefabricated Modular Homes & Cottages, Glamping Pods, Expandable Homes, and Tiny Homes on Wheels. We also provide Customised Modular Structures suited for Hotels & Resorts, Farm Houses, No Construction zones, Glamping Resorts, and Second Home Schemes. Our innovative solutions are designed to meet the specific needs of various sectors while ensuring high quality and efficiency.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Area Sales Managers, available in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. As an Area Sales Manager at Loom Crafts Modular Construction, you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales operations within your designated area. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and meeting with potential clients, developing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be working closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong knowledge of Construction products and services preferred .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in market analysis and report preparation
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage city sales, focusing on direct B2B projects and dealer network.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and client meetings.
  • Coordinate with franchisees and ensure market visibility.
  • Supervise 1–2 Sales Executives.


Experience:


KRAs:

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Onboard at least 2–3 new dealers per quarter.
  • Close minimum 2 institutional/hospitality projects per quarter.
  • Submit weekly reports to Zonal Head.


Compensation:

  • Fixed: ₹6–8 LPA
  • Incentives: 1–1.5% of

    direct orders closed

    + target bonuses.
