We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across various domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires excellent communication and decision-making skills to manage project risks, timelines, and client expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously across diverse teams and technologies
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and designers
• Monitor project progress, manage changes to scope and schedule, and ensure timely delivery
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in Agile environments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership regarding project status
• Ensure resource availability and allocation across projects
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and report KPIs to management
• Drive process improvements and standardization across the PM function

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related field
• 7–8 years of experience in IT project management, including leading multiple project teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent
• Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience working in product-based and client-facing environments
• Familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
