Prepare and price change orders, and negotiate agreements with clients and contractors as needed. Conduct feasibility studies and provide accurate cost advice for project planning. Provide support during negotiations, arbitration, or dispute resolution processes. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. 0–1 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost control, or estimation. Strong numerical, analytical, and documentation skills. Basic understanding of construction/interior materials and cost estimation practices. Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD or estimation software is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail.
