Project Manager – Fortis India
Location: Hyderabad, India
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Salary Range: ₹7– ₹8 LPA (flexible based on experience)

Role Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects across Fortis India’s operations. This role requires exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders, along with strong organizational skills and proactive follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track the progress of all active projects using ClickUp and other project management tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports for leadership review.
• Identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks and propose solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Facilitate regular project review meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
• Work closely with department leads to ensure resource allocation and task prioritization.
• Report project updates to senior management and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or service-based company.
• Proficiency in ClickUp and other PM tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
