Admin / Executive Assistant – Fortis India Location: Hyderabad, India Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Role Overview: The Admin/Executive Assistant will provide direct support to the senior leadership team by managing executive emails, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and handling administrative tasks. This role requires flawless communication skills and a high degree of professionalism to interact with senior leaders, team members, and external contacts. Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize the executive’s email inbox, ensuring timely responses and prioritization. Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare meeting agendas. Project Manager – Fortis India Location: Hyderabad, India Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Salary Range: ₹7– ₹8 LPA (flexible based on experience) Role Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects across Fortis India’s operations. This role requires exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders, along with strong organizational skills and proactive follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and track the progress of all active projects using ClickUp and other project management tools. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports for leadership review. Identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks and propose solutions to keep projects on schedule. Facilitate regular project review meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items. Work closely with department leads to ensure resource allocation and task prioritization. Report project updates to senior management and recommend process improvements. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. 4–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or service-based company.
