This job opportunity is with one of our Swedish client. About the Company : They are an engineering, procurement, and construction company in the energy industry located in Sweden, specialized in delivering high performance engineering steels and equipment to be utilized in Oil, Gas and Energy sectors.
As a selected candidate, you will be working as a Project Manager** from our Pune office, providing support to the client as part of the Ledgerace Consulting LLP team. Ledgerace is a global accounting and consulting outsourcing firm, serving clients across various industries worldwide.
Responsible for managing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects within oil & gas, power generation industries.
To oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to specifications. key responsibilities include:
Project Planning & Scheduling – Develop project execution plans, timelines, and milestones.
Team Leadership – Coordinate engineers, procurement, and sales teams.
Budget & Cost Control – Monitor financial performance and control project costs.
Progress Reporting – Track and report project status to management.
Data Entry to ERP system ( Microsoft Business Central)
Technical support of procurement and sales team
Risk Management –Identify risks, and mitigate them.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or material engineering or equivalent
3-5 years' experience in project management, fabrication and EPC projects.
MS Dynamics (Business Central) experience.
Proficiency in Excel
Fluency in written and spoken English
Communication skills
