As Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our startup’s execution engine. You’ll oversee cross-functional projects, manage the team, control budgets, and most importantly lead our sales and growth initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role with the potential to evolve into a senior executive position as the company scales.

Objectives of this Role

Project & Team Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute key projects across departments
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and team performance
• Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture

Sales & Growth

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain customers
• Identify new market opportunities and partnerships
• Build and manage the sales pipeline and CRM tools
• Analyse growth metrics and iterate on go-to-market strategies

Budget & Operations

• Track and manage project budgets and resource allocation
• Optimize operational workflows and cost-efficiency
• Report on financial performance

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, sales, or startup operations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and business growth
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
