Operations & People Associate

Key Responsibilities

Hiring & People Ops

Coordinate recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding

Maintain and support team engagement initiatives

Project & Scrum Management

Assist in planning and tracking internal projects using agile methodologies

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Finance & Operations

Support monthly financial reporting and budgeting

Help streamline cost control processes in logistics workflows

Cross-functional Support

Collaborate with product, customer success, and tech teams to ensure smooth operations

Take ownership of internal tools and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate or final-year student (any discipline)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Interest in SaaS, logistics, and startup culture
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, task management tools, and learning new systems
• Self-starter with a bias for action and curiosity

Nice-to-Haves

• Exposure to agile/scrum frameworks
• Basic understanding of finance or accounting
• Experience with tools like Notion, Trello, or Slack
