Coordinate recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding
Maintain and support team engagement initiatives
Assist in planning and tracking internal projects using agile methodologies
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Support monthly financial reporting and budgeting
Help streamline cost control processes in logistics workflows
Collaborate with product, customer success, and tech teams to ensure smooth operations
Take ownership of internal tools and documentation
