You’ll oversee cross-functional projects, manage the team, control budgets, and most importantly lead our sales and growth initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role with the potential to evolve into a senior executive position as the company scales. As our Operations & People Associate , you’ll work directly with the founding team to manage core business functions across HR, project execution, scrum coordination, and finance operations. This is a high-impact, high-learning role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to build a strong foundation in startup operations. Key Responsibilities Hiring & People Ops Coordinate recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding Maintain and support team engagement initiatives Project & Scrum Management Assist in planning and tracking internal projects using agile methodologies Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Finance & Operations Support monthly financial reporting and budgeting Help streamline cost control processes in logistics workflows Cross-functional Support Collaborate with product, customer success, and tech teams to ensure smooth operations Take ownership of internal tools and documentation What We’re Looking For Recent graduate or final-year student (any discipline) Strong organizational and communication skills Interest in SaaS, logistics, and startup culture Comfortable with spreadsheets, task management tools, and learning new systems Self-starter with a bias for action and curiosity Nice-to-Haves Exposure to agile/scrum frameworks Basic understanding of finance or accounting Experience with tools like Notion, Trello, or Slack What We Offer Direct mentorship from founders Flexible work environment (remote-friendly) Opportunity to shape the future of logistics tech An evaluation will be part of the process.
