Job Title: IT Project Manager (ServiceNow)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in ServiceNow GRC, ITSM, ITAM, SPM, and ITOM implementations. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams, driving strategic project delivery, and leveraging business intelligence (BI) tools to achieve business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of IT project management best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across manufacturing, telecom, aviation, banking, and media publishing sectors.
Define project goals, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and allocate resources effectively.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Foster clear and consistent communication among team members, clients, and leadership.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Prepare documentation including Statement of Work (SoW), Business Requirements Specification (BRS), Software Requirements Specification (SRS), High-Level Design (HLD), and Low-Level Design (LLD).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
12+ years of IT experience, progressing from Software Engineer to leadership roles.
Proven experience in ServiceNow GRC, ITSM, ITAM, SPM, and ITOM.
Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Certified Scrum Master & Certified ServiceNow Administrator.
Experience in handling large cross-functional teams and enterprise-level IT projects.
Strong ability to influence and gain buy-in from executives, stakeholders, and team members.
Excellent skills in strategic planning, execution, risk management, and problem-solving.
Experience in using BI tools and data-driven decision-making.
Hands-on experience with SQL, ASP.NET, C#, and various databases (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2/400).
