12 - 15 Years 1 Opening Trivandrum Role description Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Digital Asset Management (DAM) Job Summary: Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects valued, ensuring successful execution within scope, time, and budget. Manage stakeholder relationships, guide cross-functional teams, and drive high-quality outcomes in Digital Asset Management (DAM) implementations, with a strong focus on OpenText Media Management (OTMM) and SaaS integrations. Key Responsibilities: Manage project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and budgets to meet customer expectations and contractual obligations. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Implement Agile methodologies to drive sprint planning, quality assurance, and defect management. Oversee DAM platform configuration, customization, and integrations with other enterprise systems (PIM, CMS, e-commerce). Lead and mentor technical teams, including vendor management, ensuring delivery excellence and team growth. Drive governance, continuous improvement, and profitability management throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate communication, risk mitigation, and project health monitoring using metrics and reporting tools. Required Skills & Experience: Proven technical leadership managing software development or system implementation teams. Deep expertise in Digital Asset Management (DAM) with hands-on experience in OpenText Media Management (OTMM). Experience with SaaS solution configuration, API-based integrations, and digital asset lifecycle management. Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to guide technical discussions and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
