PM Summary

A Senior Project Manager within UST holds the responsibility of running large single/multiple medium sized projects from a technical and management perspective. The incumbent is expected to liaise with stakeholders, not limited to clients, to ensure a successful delivery of the projects.Roles & Responsibilities

End to end project and/or Program Management.
International Exposure Experience in handling projects from initiation phase to closure phase; Delivery Accountability; RACI Matrix.
Escalation Handling; Stakeholder Management, Governance Management.
Cross functional and cross geo team handling
Demonstrate strong track record of leadership and experience in managing multiple projects/Large program
must have end to end management experience in customer facing role
Analyze requirements for feasibility with regards to implementation and work closely with the solution architect/technical architect on the framework, technology stack
Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders Develop a detailed project plan, identify risks & dependencies.
Track multiple project progress, to deliver on-time, within scope and within budget.
Facilitate recurring communication upward and across project teams including project status, justifications for variances and technical information.
Strong problem-solving skills and the abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements and effectively prioritize program deliverables that are essential Manage aspirations of the team, provide feedback regularly on the performance and keep the team motivated & engaged.
Experience managing and contributing to sales proposals by collaborating to shape a cohesive delivery approach, team structure, and cost estimates to deliver value driven proposals
Experience working with Agile delivery methods and collaboration tools.
Experience in writing, reviewing, and finalizing Statement of Work Identify training needs of the team to cross-skill/up-skill Provide leadership & mentor Project Leads Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications And Experience

BE degree with 14 to 18 yrs of experience in the IT sector.
5-7 yrs experience in leading teams and managing projects.
Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program/projects.
Strong leadership and management skills; Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills with ability to effectively communicate.
Demonstrated experience in building project plans, project management aspects.
Good technical understanding and foundation Ability to take complete ownership of the project. Experience in Stakeholder management.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Mandatory Skills

Seasoned project manager with 5+ years of project management experience and overall experience of over 15+ years.
Should have managed application development projects.
Should be well versed with end-to-end project management processes.
Preferably should have managed Frontend Projects.
Having knowledge of UX Design will be an added advantage.
Technology – Technical Project management.
Preferably PMP.
Good to have done Scrum Master/SAFE certifications.
