About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead multiple web and mobile app projects across various domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery — ensuring quality outcomes, client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle — from requirement gathering to post-delivery support.
• Define project goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with management and clients.
• Coordinate between development, design, QA, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track progress using tools like JIRA, Notion, or Trello and ensure timely task completion.
• Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and resolve blockers proactively.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing project updates and addressing concerns.
• Optimize resource utilization and ensure balanced team workload.
• Ensure documentation and reporting for all project phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 6+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in an IT or app development environment.
• In-depth understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent command over project planning, estimation, and client communication.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar management tools.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects efficiently within a working window.

Good to Have

• PMP, CSM, or Agile certification.
• Experience managing mobile app or SaaS-based projects.
• Familiarity with UI/UX workflows and product lifecycle management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
