to lead and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and leadership skills, with hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams and driving successful project outcomes.
Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Manage project budgets and track progress to ensure financial and timeline goals are met.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.
Prepare project status reports, presentations, and documentation.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Mentor junior project team members and contribute to continuous improvement within the PMO (if applicable).
Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 10 years of proven experience in project management (preferably in [industry e.g., IT, construction, finance, manufacturing]).
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification (preferred).
