Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects involving software development, system integrations, infrastructure upgrades, or digital transformation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

• Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and allocate resources effectively.

• Oversee project budgets and financial tracking, ensuring cost efficiency.

• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage issues proactively.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) or manage Waterfall project phases as applicable.

• Coordinate between cross-functional teams developers, QA, DevOps, business analysts, and vendors.

• Ensure quality standards and compliance with IT governance and security policies.

• Prepare regular project reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

• Drive continuous improvement and best practices within the PMO or IT delivery framework.
