Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead our hospitality projects in Binge Consulting, with 3-7 years of experience in the industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee multiple hospitality projects from conception to completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional service.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing hospitality projects with a strong understanding of the industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control is essential.
Familiarity with project management software and tools is required.
