Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager (Non-IT) to oversee and manage multiple infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, documentation, budgeting, and profit monitoring to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and execute infrastructure or construction-related projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain all project documentation and progress reports.
• Monitor financial performance and profitability of ongoing projects.
• Handle project billing, vendor payments, and client communications.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular review meetings and ensure on-time project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management within the infrastructure or construction sector.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and profit monitoring.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
