Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background specifically in the lingerie or intimate apparel industry to lead the end-to-end execution of our new brand launch. This role demands deep industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and operational leadership to drive results across all functions—from brand positioning to market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement strategies for launching and establishing the new lingerie brand in the market.

● Define clear execution plans and timelines for all departments involved (design, production, sourcing, marketing, sales, logistics, etc.).

● Oversee day-to-day execution across teams to ensure alignment with the brand vision and launch goals.

● Identify and execute market penetration strategies to achieve brand awareness and sales targets. ● Generate and implement new ideas to differentiate the brand and respond to market trends.

● Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, marketing agencies).

● Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and proactively solve problems to keep the project on track. ● Track key metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership.

● Ensure high-quality execution within budget and timelines. Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Mandatory prior experience specifically in the lingerie or intimate apparel industry. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

● Strong technical knowledge of lingerie design, materials, production processes, quality control, and sourcing.

● Proven experience managing end-to-end execution for brand launches or large-scale projects.

● Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.

● Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multiple teams and stakeholders.

● Ability to coordinate technical, production, marketing, and sales teams for seamless execution.

● Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for brand differentiation and success. ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with multiple priorities. Desired Traits:
