Role Overview

As the Project Manager at Girlsflavour, you'll be the driving force behind our brand's operations ensuring that creative, marketing, sales, and execution teams work in sync. You'll manage cross-functional projects, oversee timelines, and ensure the flawless execution of campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop project timelines, set milestones, and manage end-to-end execution from concept to completion.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Collaborate with marketing, creative, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliverables.

Brand Campaign Management:

Plan and oversee launch campaigns, influencer collaborations, and seasonal initiatives to align with brand goals.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor project progress, budgets, and outcomes; identify bottlenecks and implement quick solutions.

Vendor & Partner Management:

Liaise with designers, manufacturers, logistics partners, and marketing agencies for project alignment.

Reporting & Communication:

Maintain project documentation, provide status updates, and report results to management.

Team Leadership:

Motivate, guide, and manage internal team members to deliver excellence under deadlines.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

36 years of experience in project management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or startup environments.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar).

A passion for women-centric brands and creative projects.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setup.
