Project Head

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Project Planning & Strategy:

• Lead the overall planning and execution of high-rise luxury residential construction.

• Define project timelines, key milestones, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with design, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with the project vision.

2. Execution & Site Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the project site, ensuring work is progressing as per the approved plan.

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

• Monitor project progress against timelines, making adjustments as necessary to mitigate delays.

3. Quality & Safety Control:

• Ensure all construction activities meet luxury quality standards, with a focus on premium finishes and detailed craftsmanship.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a zero-incident environment onsite.

• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any construction quality issues promptly.

4. Budget Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality.

• Approve materials procurement and oversee inventory management.

• Track and control project costs, ensuring expenses are within the approved budget.

5. Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.

• Facilitate communication between the client, design teams, contractors, and any other relevant stakeholders.

• Handle any client modifications to scope or design while ensuring cost and timeline implications are managed effectively.

6. Team Leadership & Coordination:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and other project staff to ensure high productivity and engagement.

• Foster a collaborative environment between internal teams and external partners.

• Address any conflicts or challenges that arise among the team, contractors, or stakeholders.7. Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety standards as per local building codes and regulations.

• Maintain all project documentation, including contracts, permits, progress reports, and correspondence with stakeholders.

• Ensure timely approvals and inspections from local authorities.
