Project Head

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Design:
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in consultation with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and procurement strategies.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine project requirements and constraints.
• Budget & Cost Management:
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Control project costs and manage change orders to ensure adherence to budgetary limits.
• Prepare and track billings and financial reports.
• Scheduling & Resource Management:
• Create and manage project schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and labor.
• Stakeholder & Team Management:
• Liaise and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering strong working relationships.
• Regulatory Compliance & Permitting:
• Obtain necessary permits from federal, state, and local authorities.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Quality Assurance & Safety:
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Implement quality control measures and ensure a healthy and safe work environment on site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
