Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems based on design drawings and specifications. Assist in the preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for MEP works as per project drawings and specifications. Cost Control & Monitoring: Track costs and monitor variations during execution to ensure alignment with project budget. Verify and certify contractor bills and progress payments. Change Management: Evaluate and process claims and variations for MEP works. Assist in resolution of contractual disputes with subcontractors/vendors. Measurement & Valuation: Conduct site measurements and quantity take-offs for MEP systems. Ensure timely measurement of completed works for valuation purposes. Project Coordination: Liaise with consultants, architects, and site engineers for MEP scope clarification. Support internal teams in planning, execution, and billing stages. Reporting: Prepare periodic cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts.
