Project Marketing Plan, ideate, and execute launch campaigns for new real estate projects from concept to roll-out. Design and oversee creatives for hoardings, outdoor media, digital campaigns , and more. Content & Communication Write and supervise high-impact content for brochures, websites, emailers, social media, and internal presentations. Draft regular blog content to improve brand visibility, SEO rankings, and thought leadership. Website Management Oversee website updates, monitor analytics, coordinate redesigns, and maintain consistent UI/UX with brand identity. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, CRM, Design, and Senior Management for strategic alignment and performance insights. Job Purpose: To manage all costs relating to MEP building services projects from the initial calculations to the final figures. Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems based on design drawings and specifications. Assist in the preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for MEP works as per project drawings and specifications. Cost Control & Monitoring: Track costs and monitor variations during execution to ensure alignment with project budget. Verify and certify contractor bills and progress payments. Change Management: Evaluate and process claims and variations for MEP works. Assist in resolution of contractual disputes with subcontractors/vendors. Measurement & Valuation: Conduct site measurements and quantity take-offs for MEP systems. Ensure timely measurement of completed works for valuation purposes. Project Coordination: Liaise with consultants, architects, and site engineers for MEP scope clarification. Support internal teams in planning, execution, and billing stages. Reporting: Prepare periodic cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts. Maintain logs for all cost-related documents such as VO/claims/settlements etc. Key Skills & Competencies: Sound knowledge of MEP systems HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical Strong understanding of estimation, costing, and tendering procedures Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
