Brand Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities Brand Uplift & Strategy Strengthen the overall brand positioning and identity in line with Vajrams premium/luxury ethos. Analyze and report brand equity, awareness, and perception metrics. Creative Coordination Collaborate with external design agencies and internal teams to develop marketing collaterals: brochures, decks, presentations, flyers, etc. Brief and manage designers for creative outputs across print and digital platforms. Project Marketing Plan, ideate, and execute launch campaigns for new real estate projects from concept to roll-out. Design and oversee creatives for hoardings, outdoor media, digital campaigns , and more. Content & Communication Write and supervise high-impact content for brochures, websites, emailers, social media, and internal presentations. Draft regular blog content to improve brand visibility, SEO rankings, and thought leadership. Website Management Oversee website updates, monitor analytics, coordinate redesigns, and maintain consistent UI/UX with brand identity. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, CRM, Design, and Senior Management for strategic alignment and performance insights. Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of hands-on brand marketing experience with real estate developers or property consultants Strong portfolio of marketing collaterals across print and digital media . Proven ability to ideate and manage 360-degree brand campaigns. Skilled in working with designers, content creators, and marketing vendors . Excellent written communication and presentation skills. Experience in launch campaigns , brochure development , and web content management . Familiarity with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, WordPress, Google Analytics is a plus.
