Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Creative Execution

• Develop & execute brand strategy across digital & offline channels

• Ensure consistent brand identity in all marketing & corporate communication

• Creative direction for brand shoots, videos, product films, interviews, and events

Design & Content Development (Core Role)

• Lead design of product catalogs, technical manuals, brochures, leaflets, presentations

• Create branding & sales materials (dealer kits, swatch boxes, signage, hoardings)

• Convert technical product details into clear, premium-quality layout & graphics

• Standardize brand templates, layouts & content guidelines

Digital & Website Management

• Manage & ensure timely updates of corporate website, landing pages, product pages

• Work with digital agency for SEO, performance marketing, and social media

• Design creatives for social platforms & campaigns when needed

Agency & Vendor Coordination

• Work closely with branding, digital, PR, printing & fabrication agencies

• Manage creative briefs, timelines, review cycles & production quality

• Handle print production color proofing, material selection, vendor management

Event & Launch Management

• Plan branding & creative assets for exhibitions, architect meets, trade shows

• Execute product launch branding & content (videos, brochures, mailers, standees)

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's/Masters in Marketing, Branding, Design, or Visual Communication

• 4–8 years experience in branding or design roles

• Must have experience in building materials industry (ACP, plywood, faade, laminates, etc.)

• Prior experience building product catalogs, technical manuals & brochures is essential
