Job Description

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA/QC, procurement, and validation.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones from concept to handover.
Technical Oversight:
Review and approve PW system designs including pre-treatment, RO, EDI, and storage/distribution loops.
Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
Oversee FAT, SAT, and commissioning protocols.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
Select and manage vendors for key components like RO skids, EDI units, pumps, valves, and instrumentation.
Negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to quality and delivery timelines.
Validation and Documentation:
Lead preparation and execution of validation protocols (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).
Ensure complete documentation for regulatory audits and client handover.
Budget & Cost Control:
Monitor project costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Track CAPEX and ensure alignment with financial targets.

Required Skills:

PW system design, RO/EDI technology, GMP compliance, validation
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Chemical.
