Role Overview

end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage complete lifecycle of

  solar rooftop projects

  across residential, commercial, and industrial segments
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate site surveys, system design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities

Technical & Quality Management

• Review and approve solar system designs, drawings, and BOQs
• Ensure compliance with

  MNRE / DISCOM guidelines

  , electrical standards, and safety norms
• Monitor installation quality and adherence to technical specifications

Team & Vendor Coordination

• Lead and coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors
• Manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews, and issue resolution

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and statutory authorities
• Manage client communication, progress reporting, and concern resolution
• Coordinate with DISCOMs for

  net metering, approvals, and inspections

Cost, Schedule & Risk Control

• Track project costs, schedules, and key milestones
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare MIS, project status reports, and documentation

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to

  HSE policies

  at project sites
• Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and compliance checks
• Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy Engineering

• 5–8 years

  of experience in

  solar rooftop project management

• Strong technical understanding of

  solar PV systems, inverters, mounting structures, and BOS

• Experience handling

  residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop projects

  preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong project management and leadership abilities
• Working knowledge of solar design tools and

  MS Project / Primavera

  (preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
