We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our residential and commercial development projects. As part of a reputed real estate development firm, you will be at the forefront of driving key projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality construction, and seamless coordination between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from pre-construction to possession

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks

• Handle government approvals, compliance documentation, and regulatory matters

• Conduct regular site visits, oversee site teams, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and CRM teams to align project deliverables with business goals

• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field

• 5–10 years of experience in real estate project management

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools

• Knowledge of real estate laws, RERA, and government norms is a plus
