Department : Project Management Location : PAN India Reports to : Senior Project Manager/Operations Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and results-driven Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience to lead interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, execution, and handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities : Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and procurement schedules, ensuring all project objectives are met efficiently. Collaborate with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment on design specifications and seamless coordination for timely execution and delivery. Supervise fit-out works to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Monitor site progress to identify risks or delays, implement corrective actions to maintain momentum, and ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations through regular audits and prompt hazard resolution. Develop and manage project budgets, tracking costs and providing regular financial updates to key stakeholders, ensuring project stays within financial parameters. Oversee procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and securing necessary materials and resources on time and within budget. Monitor and control project expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, managing change orders, and ensuring financial efficiency. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including project engineers, site supervisors, and contractors, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving project goals. Provide leadership, direction, and support to all team members, ensuring clear communication, efficient problem-solving, and alignment with project objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing client expectations throughout the project. Manage the post-project warranty period, addressing any defects or issues promptly and ensuring all post-completion requirements are met. Ensure quality control through ongoing inspections and oversight, addressing issues related to workmanship, materials, or compliance with specifications. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, ensuring transparency and accountability. Provide regular status reports to senior management and clients, highlighting project milestones, risks, and accomplishments, keeping all parties informed. Ensure a successful project handover, including final inspections, snagging, and client sign-off, ensuring that all project deliverables meet client expectations. Qualifications and Experience: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with diverse stakeholders. Experience with commercial,or hospitality interior fit-out projects is preferred.
