Project Manager - Commercial Interior Fit-out

You are a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience required to lead interior fit-out projects from start to finish. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, execution, and handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include developing and managing detailed project plans, collaborating with stakeholders, supervising fit-out works, monitoring site progress, managing project budgets, overseeing procurement activities, controlling project expenditures, leading cross-functional teams, providing leadership and support, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the post-project warranty period, ensuring quality control, maintaining project documentation, providing regular status reports, and ensuring a successful project handover. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with diverse stakeholders is essential, and experience with commercial or hospitality interior fit-out projects is preferred.
