Project Manager

About The Role

We are looking for a professional with 10–12 years of progressive experience, who hasgrown from being a hands-on developer into a confident leader and project manager. Youshould bring 2–3 years of development experience (Java preferred), followed by leadershiproles as Team Leader a module or project lead,or a QA Lead too. Over the past years, youshould have taken ownership as a Project Manager, successfully delivering at least 1–2projects end-to-end with strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies,with the judgment to know when and how to apply each.Key Responsibilities

• People & Client Management
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, internal teams, and
  

stakeholders.

• Handle escalations and tense discussions with calm, tact, and clarity.
• Ensure updates and follow-ups happen consistently — without alienating the
  

team.

• Project Delivery
• Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are
  

maintained.

• Choose and apply the right methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) based
  

on project needs.

• Maintain laser-sharp attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the
  

cracks.

• Proactive identification and diligent tracking of assumptions, dependencies and
  

risks

• Hands-on experience with using MS-Project or Excel for end-end project
  

planning and tracking

• Strategic Thinking
• Understand the economics of each project — cost, effort, ROI, and client
  

value.

• Anticipate risks early and create actionable mitigation plans.
• Use data and insights to drive decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Overall: 10–12 years of progressive experience in software development and project
  

management.

• Development: 2–3 years of hands-on development experience (Java preferred) or
• Experience working as a QA Lead
• Team Leadership: Experience as a module lead and project lead, managing teams of
  

3–8 members.

• Project Management: 5-6 years as a Project Manager, successfully delivering at least
  

2–4 projects end-to-end.

• Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, with the
  

ability to choose and apply the right approach for each project.

Other Expectations

• Available to travel overseas for project-related meetings/discussions etc.
• Experience in estimation techniques and pre-sales experience.
