Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Salesforce Developer

with 4+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

, and Salesforce configuration, along with experience in integrations and modern deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Build and maintain Salesforce configurations including Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Implement and optimize Salesforce data models while adhering to governor limits and best practices.
  • Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and OAuth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Manage source control and deployments using Salesforce DX, Git, and deployment tools.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration: Flows, Process Builder, validation rules.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, and platform best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and OAuth.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and deployment tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
