Project Manager (Business Support Services)

This exciting role of a Project Manager that requires you to lead business projects and ensure the health of all engagements that you will oversee. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Reporting KPIs, Billing & driving process improvements etc.

• Participate in Discovery, Scope Definition & Schedule planning
• Create Contractual Agreements & coordinate on Approvals
• Visualize project roadmap and design delivery model (Waterfall / Agile methodology)
• Ensure responsibilities are clearly understood (with RASCI) between relevant stakeholders
• Create document repository, set-up project in PM tools and establish communication channels with stakeholders
• Create project / sprint plan after taking inputs from all relevant stakeholders
• Manage the project and act as Single Point of Contact for all project related deliverables
• Ensure standard project management best practices are followed across all allocated projects
• Track progress, schedule & budget and drive effective communication and escalation management
• Identify Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies, raise alerts and work towards ensuring things are progressing as per schedule
• Facilitate Meetings and provide status / milestone updates
• Participate in Project Governance related activities including KPIs reporting, billing coordination, process audits, etc.
• Contribute towards continuous Process improvement

You will be working closely with

Global Agency Leaders, Account Managers, Project Teams and Annalect India Operations Managers & teams. This role will functionally report into Global Business Lead

• Should have approximately 10-115 years of overall work experience (with 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in Project Management)
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to quickly understand and grasp process flows of in-scope activities and assimilate this knowledge to quickly become a subject matter expert
• An effective communicator with excellent relationship building negotiation & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence decisions at a strategic level, through logical reasoning-based problem-solving approaches
• Maintains positive and healthy working relationships with support functions, service delivery and senior leadership, and leverages these relationships to secure collaboration and support in execution of project plan.
• Candidate should be fine to work on client specific working hours (generally 2 PM to 11 PM) barring a few project specific exceptions
