We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce for our top Account to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Salesforce projects across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Service, etc), proven project leadership in Agile and hybrid environments, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for Salesforce implementations and enhancements, from initiation through deployment and transition to support.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocations, risk mitigation strategies, and communication plans.
Partners with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups) or manage hybrid waterfall-agile project structures as needed.
Manage vendor relationships, SOWs, and third-party partners involved in Salesforce delivery.
Track progress using tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project and communicate status to executives and stakeholders.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively escalating where needed.
Ensure projects meet compliance, data security, and governance requirements, particularly in regulated industries (e.g., TMT).
Champion change management and user training strategies to drive the adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Support post-go-live stabilization and lessons-learned activities.
Knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Service, etc), proven project leadership in Agile and hybrid environments, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
10+ years of IT project management experience, with 4+ years leading Salesforce platform projects (Sales, Service, etc).
Strong understanding of Salesforce implementation methodologies, SDLC, and Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
