Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of CRM implementation and workflow automation projects for BFSI clients (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) using the LeadSquared platform. This role requires strong customer engagement skills, domain understanding of BFSI workflows, and the ability to translate client requirements into successful technical deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Own the delivery lifecycle for BFSI customer projects from requirements gathering to go-live.Work closely with BFSI client stakeholders to capture business processes, regulatory needs, and operation workflows.Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.Coordinate cross-functional teams including solution consultants, engineers, UI/UX specialists, and QA.Ensure solution configurations align with client goals, compliance mandates, and LeadSquared best practices.Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth transition to production.Conduct regular project status reviews with client CXOs and delivery leadership.Manage escalations, mitigate risks, and resolve delivery bottlenecks proactively.Ensure timely documentation of project scope, change requests, and lessons learned.Drive post‑deployment support for stabilization and handover to the customer success team.

Required Skills And Experience

6–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing BFSI client projects.Proven experience in CRM / SaaS / workflow automation platform implementations.Strong understanding of BFSI processes such as customer onboarding, KYC, loan origination, policy issuance, claims, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar).Knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery methods, with ability to adapt hybrid approaches.PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Scrum Master certification (preferred).Ability to manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects under tight deadlines.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

On‑time project delivery rate for BFSI implementations.Customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) for delivered projects.Minimal post‑go‑live defects or escalations.Effective resource utilization within allocated budgets.Retention and growth of BFSI client accounts post‑implementation.
