Job Summary:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full lifecycle project delivery from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, timelines, and team responsibilities aligned with business goals.
Monitor daily progress of consultants and ensure adherence to planned efforts.
Track and report mandays, actual vs planned efforts, and resource utilization.
Enforce rigorous time tracking, MoMs, milestone adherence, and governance practices.
Prepare and submit structured weekly reports including:
MoMs, risks/issues
Invoices/payments pending
Resource utilization vs projected revenue
Coordinate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives.
Maintain all project documentation (SoW, RAID log, UAT, Release Notes).
Drive continuous improvement in Agile execution and delivery practices.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and resolve conflicts proactively.

Required Qualifications:

Education:
BBA/MBA/MCA/BE
Experience:
6–10 years total, with at least 3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
Languages:
English, Hindi, Gujarati (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks
Scrum Master certification
Advanced MS Excel and reporting tools
Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Confluence
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
