Job Summary: The House Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and staff of a private residence or hospitality property, ensuring that the household or facility runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This includes supervision of housekeeping, maintenance, laundry, and other domestic services, as well as managing inventories and coordinating with vendors and service providers. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of household staff including housekeepers, laundry personnel, cooks, and other domestic staff. Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and overall presentation of the residence/property is maintained to a five-star standard. Develop daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules and ensure adherence. Monitor inventory levels of household supplies and coordinate purchasing and restocking as needed. Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs and upkeep of household systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Provide training, performance feedback, and support for staff development. Schedule and oversee deep-cleaning projects, seasonal tasks, and special event preparations. Maintain household manuals, logs, and records related to maintenance, purchases, and schedules. Serve as the main point of contact for contractors, vendors, and external service providers. Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and security are followed throughout the property. Assist in household budgeting and expense tracking when required. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role (household, estate, hotel, or high-end hospitality). Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High attention to detail and discretion. Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities. Familiarity with smart home systems and modern household appliances is a plus. Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays when needed. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in hospitality or household management. First Aid/CPR training. Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
