About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Kalyan Silks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining visually appealing showroom displays that reflect our brand identity and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain tidy, attractive, and on-brand showroom displays.
• Prepare Visual Merchandising (VM) plans, concepts, and reports.
• Coordinate branding and display requirements with the marketing team.
• Assist customers by offering design suggestions and styling guidance.
• Develop design concepts for product presentation and oversee their execution at the factory or production level.
• Ensure smooth operations and high-quality standards across VM activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in visual merchandising (retail/fashion preferred).
• Strong sense of design, color coordination, and brand aesthetics.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative display ideas.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of VM tools, fabrics, mannequins, and display techniques is an added advantage.
