Job Title: Visual Merchandiser

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the visual presentation of our stores and ensure that product displays reflect the company’s brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating engaging in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies across stores.
• Design attractive product displays to drive sales and highlight key promotions.
• Ensure consistent visual standards across all locations.
• Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to align displays with campaigns and seasonal themes.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure merchandise is well-stocked and presented effectively.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate and improve displays.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor displays, and innovative merchandising techniques.
• Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and current retail trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, planning, and inventory tracking.
• Knowledge of design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel to multiple store locations if required.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in retail visual merchandising.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
