Residential Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Residential Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private family home. This role ensures the residence runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard, while supporting the family’s lifestyle and household needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate household staff.
• Ensure the home is consistently clean, organized, and well-presented.
• Oversee housekeeping routines, laundry services, and seasonal deep-cleaning.
• Manage inventories, household supplies, and purchasing.
• Arrange and track home maintenance, repairs, and vendor visits.
• Maintain household manuals, schedules, and operational records.
• Assist with special projects, events, and family needs as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in private household or luxury hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Tech-savvy; familiarity with smart home systems is an advantage.
• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in estate management or high-end hospitality.
• Any Graduation
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation
