Role Overview: As a Visual Merchandiser, your role involves planning and executing visual displays in alignment with brand guidelines. You will be responsible for designing window and in-store layouts to attract customer attention and ensure brand consistency across all stores. Collaboration with marketing and retail teams for promotional setups and developing planograms and visual display standards will be essential. Additionally, analyzing market trends and competitor displays for innovative ideas will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute visual displays as per brand guidelines. - Design window and in-store layouts to attract customer attention. - Maintain brand consistency across all stores. - Coordinate with marketing and retail teams for promotional setups. - Develop planograms and visual display standards. - Analyze market trends and competitor displays for new ideas. - Ensure proper product placement to drive sales. - Train and guide store staff on visual standards. - Supervise visual setups during store openings or refurbishments. - Monitor display effectiveness and prepare performance reports. - Maintain a visual archive for reference and audits. - Manage visual merchandising materials and inventory. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in visual merchandising or related field. - Strong creativity and design skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis. - Ability to train and guide store staff effectively.
