Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Hyderabad. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project timelines, managing inspections, and overseeing logistics management to ensure timely and successful project completions. Key Responsibilities • Lead, manage, and oversee residential/housing-scale solar projects from design to commissioning. • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams to ensure timely execution of solar PV systems. • Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and energy yield evaluations. • Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedules, and budgets. • Supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and quality standards. • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and renewable energy policies. • Manage client communications, including progress updates, technical discussions, and post-installation support. • Monitor project performance and prepare regular status reports for senior management. • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns. • Stay updated with latest technologies, trends, and regulatory developments in the solar industry. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in solar project management, preferably in residential or housing-scale installations. • Strong understanding of solar PV system design, BOQ preparation, and electrical systems. • Proven ability to manage large, multi-site solar installations simultaneously. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Hands-on experience with solar monitoring and performance analytics tools. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and generate leads through field visits, digital campaigns, partnerships, and community outreach for residential solar projects. · Conduct site assessments, prepare proposals, and present solar solutions to potential homeowners. · Maintain CRM records of all client interactions, leads, and project pipelines. · Execute local marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote solar energy adoption. · Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to develop customized solar proposals. · Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy. · Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. · Attend residential expos, workshops, and housing society events to promote solar services. · Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. · Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and installation cycle.
