Job Summary

dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, scoping, and execution for a variety of business and IT initiatives.
Define project goals, success criteria, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Organize and lead steering committee meetings and project status updates.
Track budget, resource allocation, and project performance metrics.
Maintain and share project documentation with all relevant stakeholders.
Partner with business and IT teams on process improvements and systems integrations.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
8–10 years of project management experience
across business or technology domains.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to SAP environments
(S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) or other ERP systems.
Familiarity with ERP implementations, data migration projects, or system integrations.
PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
