We are a US healthcare technology company with development operations in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, specializing in building advanced Physical Therapy EMR and Healthcare Software solutions. Our platform supports physical therapy clinics across the United States, delivering tools for scheduling, documentation, billing, AI-driven automation, analytics, and integration workflows.

We are expanding our engineering team and looking for a strong Team Leader who can guide and mentor a cross-functional development team while ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

Position Overview

The Team Leader will oversee a team of .NET developers, Angular engineers, and SQL Server developers, ensuring effective collaboration, technical excellence, and on-time delivery of tasks and milestones tracked in Monday.com or Asana.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on technical confidence across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of .NET, Angular, and SQL Server developers.
• Oversee daily development activities, sprint planning, task prioritization, and progress tracking.
• Ensure all tasks and deadlines assigned in Monday.com or Asana are met consistently.
• Review architecture, code standards, and best practices to maintain high-quality software delivery.
• Work closely with QA, Product Management, and US-based stakeholders to align project goals.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and provide technical guidance when needed.
• Ensure efficient workflows, resource planning, and timely escalation of risks or blockers.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, productivity, and team performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of total experience in software development with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong hands-on background in .NET Core / C#, Web API, Angular (8+), HTML/CSS/TypeScript, and SQL Server.
• Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary development teams.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and sprint planning.
• Experience managing projects and timelines using Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks and deliverables.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to healthcare or EMR software development.
• Experience working with US-based clients or distributed teams.
• Understanding of API integrations, cloud environments (Azure/AWS), and DevOps workflows.
