We believe that strong project management is the backbone of successful delivery, and we are looking for a mature, execution-driven Project Manager who can lead teams, manage clients, and drive projects end-to-end with professionalism and precision.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, client communication, team leadership, and continuous improvement. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with ownership of timelines, quality, people performance, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, delivery teams, and leadership, ensuring predictable outcomes and high-quality delivery across multiple projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & Execution

• Own and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of mobile and web development projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage change requests, scope control, and delivery commitments.

Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead client calls, status meetings, sprint reviews, and escalation discussions.
• Manage client expectations and ensure transparency in communication.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients through consistent delivery and professionalism.

Agile & Process Management

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum best practices and internal delivery processes.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including:
• Project plans
• User stories
• Timelines
• Status reports
• Risk and issue logs

Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including Developers, Designers, QA, and Project Coordinators.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and one-on-one discussions with team members.
• Evaluate team performance against delivery goals, quality benchmarks, and timelines.
• Support team development through coaching, guidance, and performance improvement plans when required.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Hiring & Interview Responsibilities

• Participate in and conduct interviews for delivery roles such as:
• Project Coordinators
• Developers
• QA Engineers
• Assess candidates for technical understanding, communication skills, delivery mindset, and role fit.
• Provide hiring recommendations and support leadership in building high-performing teams.
• Assist in onboarding and initial ramp-up of new hires within the delivery team.

Reporting & Leadership Collaboration

• Provide regular project status updates and performance reports to leadership.
• Highlight delivery risks, resource constraints, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management on process improvements, capacity planning, and scaling strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT / software development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience managing mobile app and web development projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Close attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.

• Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and handle escalations effectively.
