Project Manager

About The Role

• We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with strong AI/GenAI expertise and hands-on knowledge of Python and FastAPI to lead end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, AI engineering teams, and clients, ensuring smooth execution of AI-driven applications, APIs, and enterprise-grade solutions.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI/GenAI project lifecycle from planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, AI engineers, Python developers, and business stakeholders.
• Drive the design and implementation of FastAPI-based microservices and AI-powered APIs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications aligned with AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards in AI solution delivery.
• Oversee sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, and project documentation.
• Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and API frameworks.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (8–15 years) in Project Management for AI/ML or software engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming and experience in FastAPI framework.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, including data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with LLMs, GenAI tools, and vector databases (e.g., LangChain, Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe Agile).
• Exposure to DevOps/MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
• Knowledge of API security, OAuth2, JWT authentication.
• Experience managing enterprise AI/GenAI transformation projects.
