Senior PMs

• Own 1 dept: plan, execute, measure, repeat
• Sprint execution & live dashboards
• Automate ops (Zapier, Make, Python, LLMs)

⚙️ Must-Have Skills

• Experience in

  SaaS / BPO / Contact Centers

• PMP + Agile/OKR fluency (Scrum, Kanban)
• Automation mindset (Zapier, Python, Make, LLMs)
• Strong English comms (daily exec-level sparring)
