Project Management Officer

Primary Responsibilities

Execution & Documentation

• Document the project creation, development, and ensure its execution by recording scope, budget and justification.

• Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks and resource allocation.

• Identify and analyse new technology solutions as per the business requirements in discussion with the Managers.

• Report the alignment of projects with the decided schedules and project timelines and monitor that each phase of the project is carried out in a timely manner.

Functional Responsibilities

• Maintain up to date project plan & status and submit reports to Manager- PMO and Head PMO.

• Provide financial reports and budget outlines to the Manager.

• Track the cost expenses of the project to ensure no deviance from the planned budgets.

• Execute quality assurance tests to ensure the meeting of standards and requirements for the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

• Understand Project Life Cycle & deliverables and assist in creating Project Data on Project Management Portals.

• Track Change Management Requests by identifying changes in business processes, systems and technology.

• Assist in identifying and resolving project interdependencies, overlaps and integration concerns across the portfolio.

• Draft and improve existing Project Management Office policies and processes.
