Job Description

Role Overview: As a skilled PMO professional with 3+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting project delivery, governance, and reporting. Your responsibilities will include driving project efficiency, ensuring standard processes, and providing visibility to stakeholders through effective tracking and communication. Key Responsibilities: - Track project progress, risks, and deliverables across teams - Maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards - Support resource planning, audits, and compliance - Assist in implementing PMO best practices and tools - Support program and project governance by performing project audits, reviews, and extracting lessons learned - Collaborate with project managers and leadership for status updates - Prepare reports for multiple stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a PMO role - Proficiency in Zoho Projects or similar Project Management tools - Knowledge of PowerBI for creating reports and dashboards would be advantageous - Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and think critically - Strong analytical skills,
