Job Description

As a PMO Specialist within the Regulatory Projects Team, you will play a crucial role in contributing towards the successful delivery of regulatory change. Your focus will be on maintaining control, ensuring audit readiness, accurate reporting, effective RAID management, compliance with internal controls frameworks, and oversight of policies and procedures. Collaborating with project managers, business analysts, and key contacts across the organization will be essential to ensure consistent quality and effective communication, ultimately leading to successful project outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Consult, analyze, and promote project delivery best practices within the Regulatory Projects Team. - Manage communication of status updates to stakeholders and senior management through presentations and reports. - Ensure compliance with JPMCs document storage and record retention operating models. - Build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders in different businesses & functions supported by the team. - Partner with stakeholders to identify and escalate issues, risks, and dependencies. - Coordinate working group meetings, prepare meeting materials, document minutes, and ensure clear ownership of action items. - Participate in change events and ensure stakeholders are prepared and supported. - Onboard new joiners and help them maximize their contributions from Day 1. - Advocate for innovation and identify opportunities for process enhancements. - Drive initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Previous experience in a Finance Projects function. - Strong understanding of the End to End Project Life Cycle. - Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and implement process improvements. - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. - Excellent written skills with clear, concise, and logical documentation. - Excellent organization, planning, multitasking, and prioritization skills. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Working knowledge of MS Office, PitchPro, and SharePoint. - Ability to analyze problems skillfully, use logic to reach solutions, and facilitate effective meetings. - Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills. This role also values: - Experience of working with Confluence. - Ability to analyze and document end-to-end process flows. - Coaching skills to enable junior team members to fulfill their potential. - Prior PMO experience (beneficial, but not essential).,
